Aesthetic devices aren’t cheap, so solid customer service is a must when investing in one. I’ve been researching InMode for treatments, but I want to know how they handle technical issues, warranties, or general support. Has anyone contacted InMode customer service for help? Was it easy to get answers, or did it take multiple calls to sort things out?

Had some questions about an InMode device and needed clarification on settings, so I checked inmode phone number to see how quickly they respond. Took a little back and forth, but once I got through, the rep was knowledgeable and explained everything in detail. They didn’t rush the call, which I appreciated, but response times could be better.
